Catnip Seeds (Nepeta cataria)
Grow a garden favorite that both cats and pollinators will love! Catnip is a hardy perennial herb with soft, grayish-green foliage and a refreshing mint-like fragrance. Famous for its playful effects on many cats, it also attracts bees and other beneficial pollinators while making a charming addition to herb and cottage gardens.
Plants grow 30–50 inches tall and thrive in full sun to partial shade with well-drained soil. Seeds benefit from cold stratification before planting and may have naturally low germination rates, but once established, Catnip is vigorous, easy to grow, and returns year after year.
