Return Policy – Garden & Grace

Return Eligibility
We accept returns on eligible items. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or there was a fulfillment error on our part.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@gardenandgrace.shop with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to complete your return. Customers are responsible for purchasing and printing their own return shipping label.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@gardenandgrace.shop with photos so we can make it right. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (including plants, flowers, or food)
  • Custom or special orders
  • Personal care products

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before purchasing.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@gardenandgrace.shop
